Cosine Nanoelectronics (Fujian) Co., Ltd. (科山芯创（福建）科技有限公司) was established on November 9, 2017 in Jinjiang, Fujian Province. We are a specialized fabless semiconductor design enterprise focusing on high-performance analog, radio-frequency (RF), and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
Our product platform spans 5 primary IC families: Precision Analog Signal Chain, RS-485/CAN Interface & Connectivity, High-Voltage Gate & Line Drivers, Low-Dropout (LDO) Regulators, and Sub-1GHz RF Transceivers.
We operate our headquarters in Jinjiang Sanchuang Park, supplemented by regional technical support and FAE contact offices in Suzhou Industrial Park and Shenzhen Futian District.
Dr. Lizhong Sun holds a Doctorate degree from the United States and has extensive overseas semiconductor R&D experience. Prior to founding Cosine Nanoelectronics, Dr. Sun held senior engineering technical roles at world-renowned technology institutions and semiconductor pioneers including Bell Labs, Silicon Labs, and Texas Instruments (TI).
During his career at Bell Labs and TI, he contributed to the development of early-generation CMOS RF transceivers, high-speed analog front-ends, and signal chain architectures.
Upon returning to China, Dr. Sun established Cosine Nanoelectronics in Jinjiang Sanchuang Park, leading a team of experienced chip layout and application engineers focused on delivering drop-in compatible, high-reliability ICs for smart power grids, industrial automation, and automotive electronics.
Formally registered in Jinjiang, Fujian Province, initiating R&D on high-reliability analog and interface transceivers.
Released COS485 and COS13487 auto-direction control RS-485 series, alongside zero-drift operational amplifier COS8552.
Expanded portfolio to 5 core IC families and over 300 part variations, with direct global procurement available via Direct Electronics.
